All level yogis are welcome. Props and modifications are available and encouraged at any time to support you in building strength and expanding within each posture and transition.
I offer vinyasa style yoga to energize the mind and body. Vinyasa focuses on moving and flowing one breath to one movement. Each movement throughout class is taken with it's own inhale or exhale. You learn to move and BREATHE fully and intentionally on your mat, so that you can LIVE fully and intentionally off your mat.
I also offer restorative yoga to stretch the muscles and calm the mind. Restorative yoga is often focused on seated postures with props to help you deepen your stretch.
