All level yogis are welcome. Props and modifications are available at any time to support you in building strength in the foundation of a posture, all the way to the final expression.
I offer vinyasa style yoga, which focuses on moving and flowing one breath to one movement. Each movement throughout class is taken with it's own inhale or exhale. You learn to move and BREATHE fully and intentionally on your mat, so that you can take these tools with you, to LIVE fully and intentionally off your mat.
